Ok man, let me tell you how you could improve this app before more people take a look at it! First, expound more! You don't wanna just fill out the template, but make it your own. Add some color, feeling, and TIME into the app. It's not something you can just fill out and be done with, really. Second, I haven't seen you really active in-game or in the fourms, try to keep up with those as well! I have to start doing so for mine and I can say that it's really not a hard task at all! Start doing so and your app should start being viewed by many more! Lastly, this one is the tough one, create a signature. This one I say is hard because there's restrictions that are not told to you, and from my searching, have no rule list on the fourms. Though they aren't said, they still apply. Try your hand at that and fool around with it, but why I say create a signature is because you can put a link to your mod app there! Becasue you cannot advertise it in-game or on fourm, having the link there for all to see is a great help! Sorry, no support YET...if I see change that opinion will change as well!
Building on what TalentedJosh said, take a look at some other peoples Mod Apps, see how they have filled it out. There is lots of advice you can get from comments on theirs, and ask some of the current moderators, they can certainly help you in that endeavor.

No support for now. First off I've never seen you in-game on skyblock (maybe because of different times zones). I haven't seen you on the forums either. To be a mod you must be active in-game and on the forums. And I don't see you in-game or on the forums very often. This app is lacking information try putting more detail in the why I should be mod section. I may change my opinion later on in the future. Good luck! -Love
