Hi, so lets start from the beginning, before the patch I've changed my name and I was unable to get to my island, this was fixed quite fast, I've regained access to my chests and so on, however /home did tell me that I have no island, I've used the workaround with /homes. After the patch, I've logged on, I was on my island but couldn't access my chests. I've told myself that I will open an topic the next day, as I was quite busy. Today I've logged on and all I had was a black screen and the chat, so I've decided to use /homes which warped me to the spawn... /home wasn't working as well (you don't have an island). I would like to regain access to my island and, I can provide my previous name and my coordinates in an private note (but I don't know the syntax). So if any MOD / Admin could help, this would be very appreciated. Best Regards, Draving BTW. I'm a .net player.
Hmm.. Providing the coords would probably be helpful, however, Im not sure as Im just an org moderator cx You can provide them in a hidden message with [.hide] <content> [./hide] without the .'s~ Anyway, you can for sure gain access back to your island by having a moderator tp you back to your island. As for the chest problem, Im not quite sure whats up with that. Either way, you can just log on and have an online moderator help you or you can wait for the mods that Im going to tag to help you out Krissy_ larrythebird101

They're trying to fix the island problems asap, but I can tp you back to your island for now when you are online.

It's been a few months since this started happening and many people are having problems with it....I hope they get it fixed asap.
Yea, I'm looking forward to get my island back, as well as my items in my chests. I don't want to start over, all I can do right now is login everyday and vote
BUMP, an update would be appreciated. If you cant fix my issue, can I please have my stuff migrated from my old island to a new one (which I will create after receiving a positive reply)?
Supposedly it cannot be fixed for people who changed their islands before the update. I can help move your stuff if you wish to.
