    I donated $50 and im Im wondering when I'll get my rank.

    1. When did you donate?
    2. What server did you donate to?
    Also if you haven't got your donor rank in a day or so, put in your transaction id so cyp can see that you donated.

    do you have a receipt or anything from when you donated? to make sure you didn't misspell it at that time

    It verified the purchase over AMEX but I never received an email, it never asked me for one :/

    Secondly, do you have any proof of the purchase? No email of any sort from the purchase? (Check the spam folder too, it could go there as well. :3) A receipt of some sort or the Transaction ID from the purchase? If so, go ahead and provide it in a hidden message using [.hide]<content>[./hide] without the .'s

    Never asked for an email, I used the second option while donating, (paymentwall) I put in the card and all the info, I got a call from Amex and verified the purchase. I know I spelt my IGN correct.
