This is a list of bugs (not all of them are bugs)! • Can't open half of my chests (Island Protection) • Can't break things on my island (Island Protection) • Can't ride Squid or Bats (Permission) • Can't use my mushroom farm (Island Protection) • Can't use my brewing Stands (Island Protection) • Chickenfarm bugged as hell • Snowgolem escaped • /msg color sucks (My opinion) • /online /who and /list is irritating (My opinion) • Mobs don't attack at /warp mob • Can't use doors at /warp mob (Island Protection) • Going in water while riding a pet, tp's you off the pet • Standing inbetween 2 chests while riding a pet causes death • Pistons won't extend in parkour at spawn (Island Protection) • Can't do 2 commands in a row • Color NameTags of pets will turn into white names after leaving. • Can't give /pet horses saddles • Can't trade at /warp skybase • Trying to eat on other island while watching at blocks you won't be able to eat • Pwnfilter removes the word a** out of words as pa**, bypa**, a**igned, etc. **=ss • Names longer then 15+ characters will only show the first 15 characters in chat • Joining the server will automaticly teleport you to home Improvement(s): • /pet came back • Slimeblocks I will add things when I find more. You can't ride squids do to squids flying, going water wait a pet well kick you off, that been a thing since the pet plugin been around, and the 2 commands in a row well that so you can't spam the command over and over. but for everything else I don't know why, some of it is do to island protection.
It's good that you're listing bugs that need to be fixed. It's a huge transition. I'm sure admin will find ways to fix (most of) the issues.
They sure have XD Mods totally messed up rollbacking my island and don't know a thing about island protection plugin.
I Will Edit... Yes I did, but this is besause I build outside of the 49*49 range Mine_Master_2003 has the same problem but she didn't changed name or build outside the 49*49 range. Mods totally messed up rollbacking my island today. I'm unable to live on my island so Im thinking about quiting if this hasn't been solved in 1 week.
You do realize there is a bug reporting section in the forums right? Also most of your complaints about your island is probably because you are outside of your island limit of 49 from your bed rock in each direction
To narrow down your list into a more effective list: BUGS Island protection- cannot edit, break or place blocks on islands other than your own. Includes warps such as mod, spawn, skybase, /homes and others' islands. /warp mob- The mobs there do not attack the player. Mob farms- 1.8 has changes and some grinders that worked previously no long work. Pets- Standing between 2 chests causes damage to the player Pet names/Name tags- They will lose all colour and formatting after relogging. Horses- Do not take saddles Player Names- Player names longer than 15 characters only display the first 15 characters. Pwnfilter- PwnFilter filters the word "ass" from words such as bypass. (this has always been the case, not new, however everything is now filtered including /msg and tp requests) CHANGES (Most are intentional changes) /msg- The red colour is a light red. /list- The server list is now organised Pets- Pets will tp the play off the pet if ridden into water, and you cannot ride squids or bats (these have always been features) Commands- you cannot no longer do 2 commands in a row Home- When you first log into the server it will teleport you to your home. There ^-^ it clears up which are opinions and which are issues. But all the same, thses are being worked on. I don't think it's particually nesicary to have a list complaining about the update. The Admin and Moderators are working as hard as they can to fix them ASAP, after all it is their duty to keep Skyblock as playable as possible.
I don't think the inability to do 2 commands in a row is an intentional change. There is no feedback like most plugins that block things and certain commands are not whitelisted (/repair /enchant /home /wb /echest /msg etcetear). I reported this as a bug and will consider it a bug until it is officially stated that it is an intended feature
I believe it's to prevent spamming. Although having it so you can't do the same command 5 times in a row would be more effective. I'm not sure how this could be unintentionally introduced, but yes we can wait to see if it is.
