Hey everyone, thanks for taking the time to look at my application it is much appreciated!

Look, I'm going to be honest with you guys. This app is mostly about trying to prove I am a better person. When I first started playing Skyblock, I broke so many rules for what seemed like the right reasons, but I see now that there are no right reasons for breaking rules, only necessary reasons, which mine weren't. I island farmed and bridged for the sole purpose of gathering ice, lava, grass, and dirt. Once I had these, my friend and I used them to help other players. I see how wrong I was, and I have tried ever since then to make up for my mistakes. I turned towards helping the players with items I gathered myself, lava from obsidian gens, water from infinite water sources, and dirt from the grass I got in my donor kit. I hope that skyblock can forgive me for my early mistakes, and although I was never caught or banned, what I did always weighed in my mind and now I am telling you all of it. I am sorry.

So, I realise that early on, I bumped up my Application quite a bit (posted Jan 11th 2014 for those wondering) without fully understanding the rules of applying. Therefore, I am restarting this Mod App fresh, without the support and advice I gained from the unnecessary bumping. Where this App will go from there, I do not know, but I thoroughly look forward to it.

Ok so, I think a lot of you have seen me in game, or maybe just a post or two in the forums, but from wherever you came from, thank you for looking at this. I have worked hard on this, and I have worked hard on staying active on the server, and I am just getting in to the forums. It means a lot for you to be taking the time to read this and the rest of this app, so I hope you enjoy, and I look forward to any and all criticism and compliments.

Your in-game name: My IGN is ReachWolf (formerly alphawolf), but my nick is Reach (formerly Alpha).

What timezone are you in? My Timezone is GMT +11/10 (Daylight Savings goes on in my State, which basically means during October to around April May my clock is turned forward an hour).

What languages do you speak? I speak English.

Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?) No, I have never been banned. I try my utmost to keep my behavior at its best at all times.

Why do you think you should be a mod? I am a 17 year old guy and I think I should be mod because I enjoy helping players with their islands and with general bits and pieces, as well as ensuring that they all have a great time on the server and that nothing upsets them for too long, and I feel I can do this better and easier as a mod. I am a supportive, happy person and I am always willing to lend a hand. I wont tolerate racism or bullying of any kind. I am reasonable and can solve players problems with each other. I am funny and most of the time in a good mood. I have a silly streak that occasionally comes out in my humor, but most of the time stays in check.

Recently I have been participating in chat a lot more, involving myself in the Skyblock online community, and I love the nature of most of the players. I feel pride when I help these Skyblockers create something new and unique on the server. I also feel bad whenever a player has a problem, like being griefed, hacked, robbed, or insulted. I try my hardest in these situations to get to the bottom of what is wrong and to fix that problem for that Skyblocker.

I would like to thank all users who have allowed me to help them, you make me feel fulfilled with being able to help you. Especially users that I have built things for, I would like to thank you for allowing me to add something more to your Skyblocks. Whether it is cutting down 5 stacks of logs (Thanks Lexi2416 ) or building a mansion for someone (bluegumtree you know you love it ) I am always happy to help and I am up for absolutely anything.

Exams are finally over, which means I can play on Skyblock more! Yay I know, you're all so happy to have me back . I am thoroughly enjoying the community, there are so many interesting and diverse people on here and I cannot wait to meet them all in-game an on the forums. As I've said before I am up for anything, please do not hesitate to ask me for anything (Please someone ask for cobblestone I have so much I need someone to take it off my hands but I don't want to throw it over the edge and waste it.

I'm going to clear this up now for any of you who question or wonder about this. I don't want this for status or commands or anything like that. I only want Moderator so that I am better equipped to helping Skyblockers in anything that they need. Whether I get this or not will not change my efforts in helping people, It's just how I am, always helping where I can. Admittedly, there will be times when I will just play my myself, but 90% of the time I just sit on the server taking up the chat asking if people want help. I just wanted to make that perfectly clear before any support is given or not given.

I am fair and reasonable. I will not take sides in any dispute between players.

I am not so foolish as to think I know everything. I will actively seek help if I do not know how to assist someone, rather than just saying, "I don't know, ask someone else."

I can accept any criticism and adapt myself to better enable myself to help people.

If I had to admit a flaw about myself, it would be my short temper when faced with problems that I can't help with. If there is anyone acting out on a server and there is no staff online and I can't do anything to stop them, I get frustrated, though I do my best to hide it, ignore it, and act without it.

I act based on a three warning system. Whenever I see someone breaking chat rules, I will warn them that they are breaking rules, and should they continue, I will give another warning, and another. If they continue it past by final warning, I will report them. If what they are doing is more serious, like full Griefing, Looting, harassment of any kind, bullying (something I feel strongly about) .etc. I will immediately report the user responsible.

It is taking me a while, but I am slowly getting more and more involved in the forums. It's almost an entirely different front in certain ways, and it is taking some getting used to. I am getting accustomed to juggling both the server and forums but I do tend to spend more time on .net than on the forums, something which I am trying to change. The forums are very diverse and complex, and moderating them seems like a tough challenge, which is why I have great respect for the staff who moderate the forums.

I understand that being a Mod isn't just a title I can wear, it's a promise of service and a commitment to the players themselves, and the server and forums as a whole. It entails a vigilance of attention and time, effort and support, and even love. A love of what you do, and a love of how you do it. This is what I strive to be able to give to you, Skyblock, and I hope that I will be able to show you this is what I am truly all about.

Key Traits and Skills:

• Observance: I pride myself on being able to jump at every opportunity that presents itself to help another player. My eyes are constantly peeled for that "help" or "I just got... (griefed, stolen from, .etc)."
• Honesty: I am not afraid to admit when I am wrong, and will continually search for ways to keep improving my knowledge. I will never lie, and I am not afraid of what people will think of me, regardless of the circumstance.
• Dedication: While I have had my patched of absences around exam times and periods of heavy work, I am improving my time allocation to Skyblock.net. I am finding more and more time to spend on the server simply being there in the event that I am needed. I like to think I participate in the chat enough so people know me and know they can rely on me for help.
  
• Hardworking/Tenacity: If helping a player means investing hours of work, I will do it, even over a few days. I will not stop until their problem is fixed or solved. I have actually spent hours and days on certain projects for other players, and it heartens me when I see how happy they are at the finished product, and they invariably try to pay me some way, which I always refuse, their happiness and gratitude is payment enough.

How long can you be active on the server everyday? 1-5 hours depending on the days. Monday - Friday 1 -3 hours (Excluding Thursday), Saturday - Sunday 1-5 hours (Though sometimes I may be unable to Moderate if exams are coming up and I am studying). This may vary as I am in my final year in school and may have more work and study to do over this period of time. I do also partake in out of school activities which will occasionally (but rarely) pull me away for a weekend. I am also unable to moderate over family holidays.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Yes, I have been a Moderator on EnderCraft, Mini Game Mania, and I ran my own server. EnderCraft and Mini Game Mania were 40 person servers and were generally full a lot of the time. My own server is 25 people and barely anyone goes on it, it has now been transferred into a Voltz server. On EnderCraft and Mini Game Mania I had access to WorldEdit and used it frequently to repair damaged parts of the world and to work on Spawn. I was moderator on both EC and MGM before they closed down (roughly 4-5 months on EC and 2 months on MGM).

A/N: I have been away for quite a few months, I just wanted to apologise for my absence. School and real life priorities kicked in massively and I was just unable to cope with having all of that work at once.
