I recently ran into some System32 files corrupting... So I'm actually really happy that I found an old Win7 recovery disk lying around and booted that up (had win8), then I had to get drivers. After about a month of completing everything, my computer is back
You can't "delete" sys32. It'll go about halfway, then your windows crashes and you'll boot in safe mode. I'm not sure what would happen if you booted a live OS and deleted it from that. I'll see if I can find that out though.
