Zambiana, the mod presence really isn't the issue, the lack of active mods, who actually do something while on the server is the issue.

 

Sure I do know what you mean, everyone needs a break every now and then, but it seems that most of the moderators have breaks instead of worktime, and worktime instead of breaks, if you understand what I mean

 

i agree with Stromm. i am constantly on .org and i am seeing mods... being AFK. i also agree with what sala said, but I think that mods are having breaks far too often and for too long. the exception of this for me is xita

 

Yeah, xita goes AFK every hour or more and he goes AFK for 5 minutes so he is doing his job GREAT

even though the topic under mod applications states US mod apps on hold he has hired 5+ US mods :/

 

.Org has [Mod]'s online sometime, but they are not doing their job, or they are AFK.

 

Ill tell you there that actually they aren't always afk. Sometimes you have to go to them like /msg. Then they can better tell who needs help and take care of some of the smaller problems first.

 

I do agree but .net needs like 1 or 2 more mods too, all the mods are online at the same time on .net although pwnfiliter keeps things alright.

 

I honestly think we need more [Mod]'s in general. I know we have like 40 [Mod]'s, but I have not even seen like 30 of them ever.

 

There are a lot of people who havent seen a lot of the mods. I only just met Snozzle today.

We got some unactive ones, but there are not enough people to impress Crew. Making him want to hire them ("hire"). Dissapointed in the Europeans, seeing myself as one .

Excuse the mods having a life. I know most of which stay logged in while they go eat etc. It's not like mods ignore you and just expand their island, most mods islands are terrible because they spend a majority of time helping people.

 

^^^^ true XD ive seen a mods island who you could compare someone whos only been playing for 2 days XD
