We were never banned before.

my Ban Reason - I take items from the player Thor0309.

I also speak for Thor. We are in contact via teamspeak.
Know, After we read the rules we understand why we were banned.
We just want to clarify the sittuation. We were new players on this server
and we were not directly aware of the rules.
Thor0309 asked me if he is alowed to play with me on my skyblock. After I accept it, he says me that he wants to take the stuff from his old island with him so I suggested to take his stuff before he give up his old skyblock and bring it to our new one. Thor and me didn´t realise in this moment that this was an illigal trade. It was never our intention to give us an unfair trade advantage! We just wanted to play together on my island.
Know we read the rules very carefully and we understand that this was wrong. We thought nothing bad while we done it. Our recklessness led us here...
We sincerely apologize for this. We promise to avoid trades like this in future if we ever get unbanned...

I am going to list a few items here and you tell me which are illegal to trade:

Glass
Sand
Grass
Diamonds
Lava
Iron
Obsidian
Bucket

Tell me which are illegal to trade

 

Glas- is illegal on .org but legal on .net
sand- is illegal
grass is legal its the currency but dirt is illegal
lava- is either in a bucket or cheatet(gamemode1) so it should be illegal to trade because al kinds of buckets are illegal to trade

Rule 8: Do not trade or give illegal-to-trade items
Offence Level: Medium
The server has lots of illegal items that can't be traded. The list is pretty big, so it can be over whelming. It is best to message a mod or donor if you are unsure if an item is illegal. This is the list and why. (This list is for .net, it is different per server)

1. Dirt (Starter item, you can vote for grass blocks (turns to dirt))
2. Sand based items [Sand, Sandstone, Smooth Sandstone, Chiseled Sandstone, Stairs Sandstone, TNT] (Starter item, donate to get a kit to get more) [Glass, Stained Glass, Glass Panes, Stained Glass Panes, and Glass Bottles are allowed on .Net. Only Glass bottles on .Org]
3. Silverfish Spawn Eggs (Can be used to grief without creating logs)
4. Steve and Wither Skull Heads (Never released & Withers)
5. Buckets [All Types] (Starter item, get more by getting iron)
6. Sponge (Creative only, Legal on .org!)
7. Bedrock (Creative only)
8. [.org ONLY] Ice (Water does not freeze)
9. [.org ONLY] Unnatural Enchants [God enchants, Enchanted stick] (High Donor perk)
10. Podzol (Not sold by traders, on starter islands sometimes due to glitches)

I think you can't know it you only can trust us. We swearing that we won't do it again. This ban is a teaching for us...

 

Just tell us how we can get your confidence

 

I do believe you.
I will unban you shortly, but if I, or any other mod catches you or your friend doing this again, it will be no where near as easy to get un-banned.

As for Thor, he must make his own appeal.
