For starters, I play on the server quite often as well as help out in global chat. Though a few cliques dominate chat for the most part, I focus on everyone. When they ask for help in global, I will answer in global for others with the same questions to see. I normally ask for them to /msg me, though, and when they do I give better and more detailed responses. I have also never broken another rule besides the island farming (Mentioned in the upper portion of this application); so, though I do have history, I know, more specifically, what to look for. I also have much experience with other players in a global chat-room, which is a very important part of being a mod from what I see.

The second thing I see needed most is authority, but not abuse of power. I can be a strong, but non-dictating person when need be. Some times there is lack of order and everything goes awry. If I am there, I can restore order when I gets to be out of hand for players, donors, and mods. This is not something that happens often, but I do still see it around.

Lastly, I can adapt to any situation that needs someone to assist. Weather it is an in-game problem or on fourms, I can quickly adapt my outlook from any perspective that is there and make a very thought out decision on how to approach the matter. This is some of the generalized reasons that I feel I could be of assistance, but here are more detailed, and probably unique, reasons:

#1 : My Time Advantage It pains me to say this, but most of the time I'm on the server, there is illegal activity, such as /testcommand promotion, and there would be no mod to stop it. (This is probably due to the fact that I am in Hawaii and almost never match others time zones.) Normally, people go on the fourms to request a mod and they come later on, but that window of time normally creates a lot of problems. The damage is done and the process of locating the offenders would have to be done before they are found and banned. I am able to respond quickly and efficiently without bias.

#2:Respect Me -> Respect You The second major reason is that I try to be respectful to anyone and everyone, unless a reason is given not to. In that rare case, I can only direct a mod to take attention or action to them; depending on time and reactions. As a mod, I would be able to issue warnings and mutes myself and as I see appropriate. I can be calm in stressful situations and will not break character even when most people would. Anyone I have dealt with has seemed very pleased with my respectfulness and patience so far. Most people also seem to appreciate my friendliness as well.

#3: Affable For those of you who don't know what this means, its "pleasantly easy to approach and to talk to." This means a lot in the realm of being a mod. Most mods I've known when I was new to the server looked just so powerful and authoritative, that it was hard for me to even ask for help when I was griefed. I did not want to upset any of them and went WAY out of my way to cooperate. I try not to ever make someone fearful of me but, as I mentioned earlier, can still be quite authoritative when it is needed. I think this is a very important aspect of being a moderator because of the many Newcomers, and others; potentially having a hard time talking to people.


#4: Just Plain Human I know that nobody is perfect. I won't be one of those strict overseers who "rules with an iron fist." I am always open to suggestions on how to improve my behavior or quality of my tasks. I will be as cooperative as I can be both with ranks above and below me. This is one of the more complicated to put into words but one more understandable when put into action.

#5 Able to Stand My Ground This is one of the most important to me. There are many people who see someone breaking a rule and are met with the phrase, "This is the last time, I promise." and buckle under the pressure of the offender being their friend or someone they know. I am not one of those kinds of people, as my friends know, and although I lost people I know for this, those who stay understand that I stand on right morals rather than buckle for the title of "friend." This is one of my more stronger traits because this takes more mental strength than physical.

• etc... etc... etc... (I don't like repeating these)

How long can you be active on the server every day?:

• Sunday: 3-4 Hours (1-2 hours busy)

• Monday: 2-3 Hours (0.5 -1.5 hours busy)***

• Tuesday: 2-3 Hours (0.5 -1.5 hours busy)***

• Wednesday: 2-3 Hours (0.5 -1.5 hours busy)***

• Thursday: 3-4 Hours (1-2 hours busy)

• Friday: 3-4 Hours (1-2 hours busy)

• Saturday: 3-4 Hours (0.5-1 hours busy)

(EDIT: Since I am going for my Black Belt in Martial Arts, I will need to practice more. Days marked with "***" are the days I have practice and may not necessarily be active for a consecutive or continuous time. I will, however, keep up to these hours.)

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?: There have been two Minecraft servers that shut down, due to technical reasons, that I moderated for. There is also one, with an unknown release date, that I am currently building for. Besides that, I have been promoted to full admin recently on the Facebook Page: UNSC High Command. (They changed their name if you know them.)

•Some of the colours hurt my eyes, change some of them to a darker colour.
•Be active on the forums and start helping on the forums, half of a moderators job is helping on the forums.
•Add more information to your application.

Thanks for the input! I kinda dont know which colors you mean, but I'll change the yellow.
As far as information goes, I dont know what else to put. This is what I feel is unique to myself besides the normal "Helpful, kind, etc." If you could PM me with stuff I should add I would greatly appriciate that! I have seen you in game about once or twice but I dont think you ever took notice of me (One time being at the raffle)
And the fourms, I will start to be more active probably by next week's time. Been busy with school but almost out of the "dark zone." Only kept up with this because of E-mail notifications. I will definately direct more time towards the fourms after school issues and hopefully make a better name of myself here and in-game! I totally understand where you come from and have already been planning to make the changes.

Okay, so not many people have supported this yet but I'm sure they will. I support you 10000% since you are always on Net when I'm on (but we have the same timezone) and you always try to help. I feel like people can't see that you should be mod since you are currently a greenie. But you were really nice to me when I was on my alt (greenbean) and it was a really nice conversation and was easy flowing. I really think you deserve mod since you're an awesome person and defiantly know the rules and how to deliver it to the people.

I've seen you a lot in game, for your qualities make the size a little lower since its taking all of the attention from everything else also at the bottom its spammed color which is a lot, maybe change that and add color through out the entire thing :3 anyway, support :3
