When I first came to skyblock, I was thoroughly enjoying this server with no problems. There are many things that are broken on .net and I beieve they should be fixed. I'm aware that the staff is working very hard to please everyone, but I'm just saying. I feel like skyblock is somewhat breaking. And it's my favorite server. Ever. I hate to see it like this.

 

Just saying, the thunder was because Cyp was on and messing around at spawn. There were giants there too

There's only 1 global admin and that's one of the problems. One person can only do so much with so much work needed to be done. It's probably stressful trying to fix problems on 6 servers alone, besides the help of Crew who is busy as well. Yeah I'm giving the old "we need more admins" reason but it's true. At least we have a forums admin to keep things going good on forums but it takes more than 1 admin to be able to help everyone more quickly ingame on all 6 servers.

Another problem is we need more mods, which will probably happen soon.

The server isn't dying, its lacking support.

 

Nah, it isn't that bad. The warps'll be fixed soon (most likely) and updated.

yay, someone whos thrown this out there lol. ive had that thought for months. need admins specific to server(s) as well as the global admins to oversee things. if we had 1 for net/org, it would make things go faster/smoother, and be easier for cyp/crew.

 

Lycel was a good mod, I agree with you there. I hope that's who you were referring to?

 

Hehe Skyblock is the biggest server I play, with the least number of admins! I've always thought that was kind of weird. Cyp is great but Larry is right, he is only one man, and unless he is secretly some super being outside of time and space (timelord??) there is only a finite amount of time he can spend fixing all of our woes, he has to have a life too, as do all the mods! Perhaps each Noobcrew server should have its own designated admin, or at least, every couple of servers.

Though, I feel with the Skyblock server mod ranking system (e.g. Tmod, Mod, Smod) that Smods are demi-admins. On other servers I've played, you could equate chat mod, full mod and admin to Tmod, Mod and Smod on Skyblock. In that vein of thought, perhaps if Noobcrew didn't want to appoint more admins to help manage all his servers, maybe Smods could be given a few extra perms to help keep things running smoothly instead

Only Cypriot or Noobcrew can fix the public warps, I have tried myself to fix /Warp FAQ and It doesnt work without OP.

Skyblock.org is getting a reset and .net is being re-vamped and updated completely.

As for the mods being demoted of resigning, It was obviously for a good reason they don't just do it to make others sad. We have a new trial mod who will greatly benefit the team now and into future.
