It doesn't work quite how NekoEmmi said, if a neighbouring island is vacant, you won't be able to build there. You are confined strictly to your own island space.

Yes, it's built into the skyblock system that both servers will be using.

 

C'mon now, challenge is fun! When I first started out I lost my saplings and my lava and some items that fell into the void but alas, I made it through. Traded a DC of pork and other things to get what I needed xD. Skyblock wasn't meant to be easy, the challenge is something I love very much

Besides, really all the mods really are required to do is moderate

I was trying to make a joke about the islands just being the same as they've always been, so I just used a Google image. Though that island is different.. it's flipped and the tree/chest is a block in. :L

 

WHY IS THE CHEST AND TREE ONE BLOCK IN, THAT IS ANNOYING ME.

Also Tanner, is it possible to get 4 islands in a box shape?

 

Plus they are on the opposite sides
