Does it really matter that much? It's a single thread, leave the poor guy alone. Does this thread absolutely have to be moved? It doesn't really look like it, no problems are being caused, so there isn't really a reason. It's like pointing out someone going a single mile over the speed limit: pointless. It'll only bring up negativity.
It's a part of the forum rules and it keeps threads organized. Chill out man, moving a thread isn't a big deal, neither is pointing it out when a mod doesn't catch it first We inform others where to put threads for future reference too. No biggy.
