Minecraft will not work. I click the play minecraft button. It loads and then it just comes up with this stuff which I have no idea what it means.

I don't know what that stuff means but it came up with that for the last 20 times.

 

Do you have any modded worlds? The same thing happened to me, so I went to %appdata% and .minecraft and deleted all my worlds and mods, and most recource packs. MC works fine now.

 

I do not have any modded worlds. I only have 2 normal worlds.
I use this server resource pack on a server which I am NOT going to say.
What is appdata?

 

Roaming, if you type in %appdata% in the Start box and press enter, it will pull up roaming, click .minecraft in the roaming window.

A Windows 8 acer laptop.

 

Ok, see the lower right hand corner of the screen? is there a windows symbol in it?

 

1 just go in folder or files 2 and go to search 3 type in %appdata% 4 .minecraft will appear for windows 8 peeps

 

It is on the left. And yes I see one.

 

Run > %appdata% > .minecraft > worlds
