If you have been Mod for 8 servers, they must of been lazy enough to let you use no grammar, as this shows no maturity, and can lead towards childish behaviour. I'm not disagreeing that you're 15, I'm just saying that you're immature. It doesn't matter what age you are, you just act childish.
You're not typing in Grammar. It is a key element to success, especially in Essays and applications. Surely, when you were 6, at least, you were taught to use to full stops and Capital letters? Even though you think it may not apply to you, it does, just like the rest of us. You may use no grammar in any other place, but when applying for something, it is crucial.
Your application: Your application is very jumbled. Use the application template, it should solve this problem Your application is too colorful. Stick to two, maybe three colors You randomly underline, bold, and capitalize different sections. Its a bit distracting and harder to read. Only bold or underline the question, it looks neater that way. Reading through your application, I see that you included maybe 2 qualifications. You need much more than that. Your grammar needs a lot of work. Treat it like your writing a paper for school, it helps. For the 'how long can you be on daily' section, give a breakdown of times each day. For example Monday: 1pm-5pm Tuesday 3pm-6pm and so on. Overall, you just need more content/information in your application. Forums activity: You may be on the forums alot, but how much of that time are you actually looking through what people are saying. I dont see you posting much helpful content. Most of your comments are off topic and, frankly, not that helpful. In game: Your activity is OK, at best. I find that you are either afk, on local, or not paying attention to the chat 80% of the time. (In regards to when people need help) Youre not very helpful in chat. Other notes: Your maturity needs a lot of work. You need to learn to take constructive criticism instead of arguing with the person who is trying to help you.
