Hi, I am Kaleb or kaybubs, you can call me either name. I am 21 and I am currently going to college. I live in the wonderful Texas, USA. Skyblock.org means the world to me. There are a few servers I still play on, and .Org is the one I am on all the time. So now, without further ado, I give you -

I am now 21 years old.

What timezone are you in?
I am in the Mountain Time Zone. (Denver Time)

What country do you live in?
I live in the USA.

What languages do you speak?
I speak English and am currently teaching myself Spanish and German.

Do you have 2FA enabled?
I do now have 2FA enabled!

Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence? (i.e. recording software, screenshots, etc)
I have screenshot ready and available, Gyazo, and a recording software.

Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?)
I have not ever been banned from any Noobcrew server or forums, and I don't plan on it ever happening.

Why do you think you should be a mod?

From the day I joined Org, I have always loved being on it. From the people, to the plugins. I have never once said that Org made me unhappy. At the beginning I had been that newbie who needed help. The people who helped me most of the time were mods. I grew to love the mods. They were always there to help out if you needed it. I want to be that. I want someone to look at me and think "Wow I want to be that."

I wish to bring back the old Org. The way it felt to join the server everyday. Something worth being happy about. Org was so perfect. The people all cared about each other, and now? It is something I see that of a desert wasteland. The fallout shelter is full of hatred. I want the greener place back. The Life, Hope, and Fun of the server. Starting now I will be pushing for that. I will be pushing for what Org once was.

I believe that I can help out with things that lead to kicks, bans and mutes. I may have a hard time working the commands at the beginning, but I believe that every mod has to start somewhere.

I believe I can be a great mod because I am very passionate about what I do, if I put my heart into something, you will know that I try my best. If I already have my heart in something and I am given the chance to do better things in what ever it is, I will try. That is what I feel like Org has brought upon me. I have put so much of my heart into trying to help out making the community back to the way it is. I am no Sega. I have not created a whole movement, but I believe that making a community better is easier said than done. We need heart, and we need passion for this server. I believe that I can bring that to the table.

I am very active in this community. Org has a special place in my heart. I am on almost everyday. I am there to help. There is always a gap in time when there is not a single mod on. This gives all of the people who are not mods time to try and help out other players who only look upon mods for help. We as a community all agree that Org is lacking. We know that there is less people on at times. We understand that. We also understand that people who want to mod, who have the passion for it, will try their hardest. I will try my hardest to be the best I can be.

What qualifications do you have?

• Attentive - I am always on the lookout for messages along the lines of "Hi, I am new. How do I start an Island?" or "Help, I have a question."
• Serious - I know when to have fun. When the time comes I know that I must be serious. When helping someone, I know that joking around while doing it is not a good thing.
• Honest - I will always say what is on my mind. I believe the best way to keep calm and collected is the truth. I would rather know the truth than be lied to.
• Active - Whenever I get the chance, I am on. This server means so much to me, and so do the people that are on it. This server has given me a chance to step away from real life situations, and it has given me some great new friends. I would never stay away for long periods of time.
• Mature - I think it is a good idea to act your age. A 21 year old should not act like what people think most 14 year olds act like. There is never a reason to be immature about things. Losing your cool could keep you from being cool.
• Respectful - R-E-S-P-E-C-T. Something everyone needs. Respecting others helps you learn to respect yourself. I believe it is important to be respectful to people, because they could be going through a situation that you don’t know about.
• Patient - There are times where I get very frustrated because of the lack of patience. This could be because of a bad day, but I always try to prevail, and keep my patience. Patience, to me, is a key role in being a good person and a good mod. I always try to be patient with others, and this will help them be patient with me when I am explaining something to them.

How long can you be active on the server everyday?
-Mondays I can be on 3-9 hours
-Tuesdays I can be on 2-4 hours
-Wednesdays I can be on 3-8 hours
-Thursdays I can be on 2-4 hours
-Fridays I can be on 3-9 hours
-Saturdays I can be on 4- 8 hours
-Sundays I can be on 5-6 hours

How long have you been playing skyblock.org?
I have been playing on skyblock.org since September of 2014.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
I was a moderator on a server for about 6 months until the server had to be restarted due to technical difficulties, then once the server went back up, there weren't any mods for the server, due to lack of players. I was also a moderator on a Skyblock server that has since shut down. I also moderated a Factions server that is now shut down as well.

Org averages at around 30 - 50 people online at once, sometimes more, sometimes less. I feel comfortable moderating a server with this many people.

Do you meet the requirements for staff? Yes/No
Yes I do believe that I do meet the requirements for staff.

Absolutely no support. You seem pretty pathetic for a nineteen year-old. I've seen fetuses that are more mature than you. You insulted me, un-befriended me, and was just downright rude because you don't like my sense of humor, and I didn't say "hi" to you. Every time I logged in after that, you'd say something along the lines of "f*** you". In chat, you usually don't help, and only prance around with Sakura, and rant about stuff that you enjoy. I doubt you're in college, because your grammar within the application is downright terrible, and unless you haven't taken English since elementary school, I could say you have the English abilities of a sixth grader. Also I wouldn't want people with social anxiety to moderate. You'd probably flip if someone insulted you. Which you have, when I retaliated. Now feel free to rate this rude. Because that's exactly what you are.
