    I was planning to vote every day this month to try and get the voucher but I'm now discouraged by the fact that on votesb.net most people have 3 or 4 votes even though it's 20:24 on the 1/4/15 in the furthest ahead country. I'm just wondering how this happened?

    This is because the votes reset and people could vote again i believe and it carried over. thats the only explanation unless vote numbers are broken. Just keep voting i guess.
