I just recently donated 50$ for donor 50 and it went to Jake_The_Dog? It didn't go to my minecraft account, please this is urgent. In the shop it didn't give me a place to fill out name information or anything, again please get back to me asap I can't afford to loose 50$

 

it asks for a username at the beginning, before even being able to choose a rank

need proof for cyp, which theres a reciept page after donating, and reciepts in email

dont donate 50$ straight, you were donor 10(from me), so only needed 40$

anyways, theres a place for information, depending on payment method. cards have to fill out all info, paypal and google wallet idk about

 

I did not recieve an email :/ and Rex it did not ask me for my ign, il the button in the top right corner said "logout" so I had though I was logged on with my account?

 

the only thing that could mean is someone else in the house has minecraft and plays on the server, and considered..

 

i have a screen shot, on the website I'm signed into another account somehow ..? Jake_The_Dog but that isn't my account. No one in my house that had that ign
