I suggest starting over. Make a whole new app, make it professional, take everyone's advice, use correct grammar, and take criticism.
Arguing with people simply makes you look bad. If you really do want mod, and you're willing to work hard for it, do this.

Criticism isn't always a bad thing, this way it can help you to improve your work.

 

Now.
Look, popularity isn't everything.
Some people can make great mods, not because their popular, because they work hard.
I know that anyone could be a mod if they had the abilities to do it. You just have to focus on that goal. Don't give a negative personality.
Be positive, take criticism. It'll help you improve. (As I've said before.)

Also, many mod applications are much longer and have more detail. Now, I'm not saying that having a veryyyy long mod application may make you a moderator, you just have to put in more detail.
For the formatting, I suggest you could go with a color code, instead of having the random colors everywhere. You could make the questions/titles stand out more and make it look... 'Attractive'...? (Didn't have the right word, but whatever.)

Just work on the application and work on a bit more in-game too. Even though I don't go on .Net anymore. It is sometimes hard to realize or see people.

I wouldn't do that. Some people do that as well, but I'm trying to limit myself doing that.
