When I messaged QuantumMS he said it wasn't "just for fun." He was actually quite mad and he has a good reason to because he lost some items of value. If it was just for fun, explain to me why he was so mad.

Maqwerd, you clearly don't know me. I log on .net like once a month to have fun. I was doing this with other players, and QuantumMS was well aware this was happening.

Heck, even a mod was there - Jennie. She knew it was fun. I'm sorry, but did you say Quantum lost items of value? LOL. I got like one thing, and that was some obsidian. He's other junk was a diamond pick(which I offered to replace) and a piece of string that was /hat'ed.

Looks like someone was lying to you. Feel free to keep me banned, but I'll have you know that it was in fun, and I wasn't aware that fun was a bannable offence.

This is an extremely serious appeal - it's over ruining fun, something QuantumMS can clearly not comprehend let alone participate in.

K, I'm done. Thanks guys, you can either unban me or not, either way I feel that this ban was out of spite, and that Quantum only did it because he's too immature to talk it out.

He even stated on Teamspeak that he quit .net, and I've done nothing but help him on Mineverse OP Prison.

From what he said he wasn't aware of what was going on and he thought that you where going around killing other players. It makes me hard to believe that this was a monitored and fun activity even though you technically did take his items. Explain to me why you didn't give it back because he seemed upset about his 3 saddled that you had supposedly taken.

 

Lol, the kids a liar. He left immediately, left Teamspeak and started poking me saying "F U" and "I hate you" and junk like that.

He lost like some obby and a pick, and all I got was the obby.

It doesn't matter if it was monitored, it was still illegal, as stated in the rules.

He knew it was happening, he was running around with a water bucket to protect himself.

I'm not going to argue this, you can unban if you want, but I find it funny that he lied to your face and you took his word.

Do you even have proof?...

I can actually confirm this. I was there watching them light each other on fire for fun and Quantum was doing it too as well as having fun but when he got killed he messaged me to ban Gizzbots but I didn't because It didn't seem fair considering Quantum was also doing it.

I highly doubt Gizzbots would purposely kill someone after they didn't give him consent to light him on fire. Quantum did have water to protect himself, as did everyone else participating in the fun.

 

Quantum is nothing less than a liar.

One type of people I hate are liars. He lost nothing, and he didn't even give me the chance to give his useless junk back.

Sorry to be rude, and I know it's not your fault that you got tricked, but next time you should instigate the situation more.

On Mineverse, valid proof is required for a ban. It's an essential part. You don't just take a players word. Logs aren't enough evidence to show that he wasn't doing it back?

Try to get the story from both perspectives. I understand you're a trial and that mistakes are made.

It doesn't matter to me whether he was out to get you or not. I realize that this was all fun and games, but in the end it is all illegal. Just like how grief parties are illegal, killing others for fun shouldn't be allowed. I am a little bit concerned that another mod was there and didn't do anything to stop it. I think you should apologize to Quantum and maybe I will consider this appeal.

 

Maybe I'd apologise to Quantum if he didn't chuck a big sook and start lying about what happened.

Keep me banned - I don't tolerate liars and I certainly won't apologise to one.

You said in Teamspeak off a poke you'd unban me, but now you expect me to apologise to a liar? Not happening.

I'll say again, do you even have proof that he lost "valuable items"? I'm a bit concerned that you took a players word, who was lying.
