Lost my rank after name change on .net

    I was a 25$ donor
    I have the email of me purchasing it and the transaction id idk where to send them or do hide tags :)

    Yeah, I have the same problem with the name change, except mine was a $50 rank. I wish Cyp wasn't so busy
