I think I know what happened, sorry if im intruding. You made a payment, but seeing as you don't normally buy video-game-related stuff, Visa believed someone else might have been using your card. Then, they cancelled the payment. I think you'd have to contact Visa's fraud prevention program.

Btw I might be 1000% wrong, just my thoughts on what probably happened

 

Also, are you sure you donated to the right server? We have two servers (skyblock.net and skyblock.org) make sure you donated to the right page
