I'm looking to buy a bunch of stuff

These are the things I'm looking for.

Glass; at least nine stacks, I'm looking to pay two diamonds per three stacks, or 16 grass per stack.

Obsidian; about four or five stacks, I'll pay a diamond per two stacks.

That's all I'm looking to buy right now, I'll add anything if I need anything.

I thought the rules stated the sand based items (including glass) were illegal to trade? Have they changed those rules recently?
