Hey, I've changed my name from TheSplitcraftHD to Splitty and now my Donor status is gone and I can't use my kits.
I would really appreciate if anyone could fix that for me.

This has happened to players that changed their IGN. Do you have coordinates of your island or is there a warp? Do you have any proof you were ever a donor? Please provide screenshots if you have any proof of you being a donor. I'm guessing this is for org.

 

I don't know how I could prove this. Are there any logs kept of the name changes?
I can change my name back to TheSplitcraftHD but I don't know if that helps because I really want to keep that new name.
Any idea how I could prove that?

 

Do you have the receipt in your email? If so hide it [.hide] <text> [./hide] No dots.

 

I have a screenshot of the paypal transaction and I am sure I can find the e-mail too.
