If anyone has any more things that I can improve on, please say it. I have tried to work on activity and I think there is a noticeable difference. If there is anything else then please mention it. I will be posting a full staff review soon~

All the mods that are active on the server are great. They all deal with people in a respected way. It's just the inactive mods that need to be re-evaluated because as far as I know some of the mods actually quit the server?
I'm just gonna list the mods that I have had personal experiences with.

AmazingGraceGirl ~She is so amazing and nice, that she is one of the best mods out there in my opinion
Krissy_ ~She has a great tolerance/patience for people (such as me ) so please keep that up because you are one of the people I see as my role models on this server
ChibiBerry ~Haven't seem him moderate much due to different timezones, but what I do know is that he is a fabulous person.
Kerahna ~She is one of the mods that have helped me the most. She is very active and seems to stay in the shadows a bit
Lycel ~Extremely admirable and understanding, moderates well and effectively
larrythebird101 ~Honestly has all of the traits listed above

Those are all the mods that have talked to me/helped me in some sort of way. I'm sure the other mods are great but I would have to see them moderate a lot and get to know them and their traits

MAQWERD - Don't get me wrong, you seem nice and all but I never saw you before you applied for mod. But you help players a lot and that is what counts.
Gxshiee - I don't know why I just noticed this but omg. This girl speaks her mind like a moderator should. She doesn't sugarcoat anything and doesn't have bias opnions. Something to strive for if you are applying for mod.

I moderate 4/6 of crew's servers so that's probably why you don't see me a lot. I've been spending a little more time on Mineverse.

AmazingGraceGirl: Great mod. Good maturity, great activity, and you are very dedicated. I can see you going far on org. Don't really see anything bad in you. Maybe sometimes you get a little silly, but that's not necessarily a bad thing
blaq: Great mod and extremely dedicated, although I would like to see you on org a bit more, I understand that net is larger
ChibiBerry: Never personally talked to you. I've seen you sometimes. Not necessarily good times either. I'd say get in game more but I don't know your timezone.
CypriotMerks: You keep these servers running m8. I know Crew does a lot of stuff in the background but I know you do a ton for the skyblock servers and the mineverse network too. Sometimes I think that people take what you say as a bit offensive so maybe choose your wording a bit differently.
Darkstar: Great mod when you were active a year ago. You seem to have drifted off a bit but I know that you have extremely hard classes and I understand that school is more important. Just work on getting on when you have some time to spare.
Demon_Angel12: Like Darkstar, you seem to have drifted off a bit and I don't see you as much as I used to. Work on activity. EXTREMELY mature for your age

Jellu: You were a good tmod. When you got mod a lot of people said that it went to your head. I never personally saw it but maybe that happened. Anyways, try and not let things get to you like they might. Activity is pretty good.
Jennie: Like a lot of the others, super active at one point and that has dropped a little recently. Other than that good mod and really good to talk to
JulianCruzA: Never personally talked to you. Haven't hear all that great thing either. Can't really say anything. I'll watch you and come back later and edit this part.
KatoKillsMyGPA: Extremely dedicated to the servers and hellblock when it was its own server, although you forgot to restart it 'a few times ' Thanks for being forum admin too
keeper_of_flame: Keeper, you are a very good mod and I remember when the whole org staff team wanted you as a tmod! Very nice and sociable. Good to talk to. I know your schedule is annoying and makes it so that your main time online is at night.
Kerahna: Good mod, moved up to smod rather quickly, but it was deserved. Haven't seen you on net in a bit though.

SourceForums: I wanted you as a mod and I got my wish. Keep grinding and you'll get far. Just look at your app and what I wrote without knowing you or every talking to you personally.
SuperCoolio1000: Good mod, can't really say much as you were recently promoted and I don't see you much. Work on activity a little.
TannerLittle: You work behind the scenes and I'm liking most of the changes so far. Keep it up! Maybe interact with the community a little more.
UngodAlmight: Good mod, kinda drifting away though. Work on activity although I believe that you have more important things to do.
