A lot of people have forum alts. Just for the sake of having alts, and I still don't have an unban. Also this isn't just for appealing. See it as my friend appealing for me. This account can still be used.

You are allowed to make a forum alt account for the sole purpose of being unbanned on the forums. It may only be used to post in the appeals section.
Any posts outside the appeals section will result in the account being banned.
Upon your ban appeal being accepted, you are not to use the forum alt account in any way - doing so will likely result in the account being banned.
