I would say so, I beleive admins have the power to change prefixes, unless this has changed and Smods have access to this.
It may be the prefixes I saw a thread about asking if smods could start to do it but they said no because it would require perks only cyp and crew have. It may not be though.
If you see Cypriot online in-game, messaging him on .net would be your best shot at getting it changed.
