It's a bit painful on the eyes and making the font as big as you can possibly get doesn't make your app look good because you look like you've done it to make it look longer.
No support sorry. The colors are too in your face as well as the text size. As well as in game you have trolled me a few times... Example: "Help mod there is a bridge" > is at warp spawn's parkour area.

Dont take this the wrong way, but it looks like it was typed by a 3 year old with a small monitor. Huge text, super colorful... its in a sense, a smack in the face when someone opens your app. No support from me. Try again when you can type, put spaces after ending a sentence with a period, and have some respect.

She is saying that you asked for help and she offered, you rejected her offer due to her being a greenbean, being rude towards another player because of their non-donor status.
Not how you should respond. A good response might be "I apologize for my actions and that will never happen again" or something along those lines. Now, I watched you curse in chat so please don't lie to us. That only decreases your chances.
