Why are pets disabled?

 

Is this for org or net?

If it's for org, the pet plugin was removed quite some time ago along with the disguise plugin, because of bugs. It was never added back when the pet plugin was updated.

If it's for net... I didn't know it was. If I had to guess I'd say it has to do with the lag issues, since that's why many things have been removed/altered.

 

It was .net, I barely play org.

 

No idea... But if they're disabled then Noobcrew or Cyp should remove "Pets" from the donor perks list on Buycraft..

 

Ah, well like I said, I would guess lag, but I'll leave this in case anyone else has some more insight.

 

Yep, pets were removed. I was kinda sad when my villager 'Carlos' disappeared. Yeah I think it was because of lag.

 

No official announcements have been made, but I'm guessing it's either for the 1.8 update or removed due to lag issues. :/

 

I forgot about that. They probably removed it until the 1.8 update.

 

It'll be added back when we update to 1.8.
