basically, to sum it up for keeper. Me and nick traded accounts (my alt, menonamex3 and Nick) As I am doing a pumpkin farm for Nick. And menonamex3 is like a pawn for me using nicks account. When I was doing the account trade, Nick asked me "Do you mind losing your alt account". I knew what he was thinking and reply No Island farming. I trusted you Nick. You betrayed my trust and repeatedly island farm. First I found menonamex3 on a island. When I questioned you, you lied to me.
You know I strictly said no island farming with menonamex3 YET you did it. You lied to me mutiple times when I found out. After I questioned you. You know what gave you away? It was greed. You came back to menonamex3 and Island farm AGAIN.
I am not trying to be a bad guy here but if nick only get a temp ban or a warning IR is unfair. A reminder here, this amnesty should not be considered due to the fact that I feel that nick is not going to change his ways, Island farming is a serious matter and this have been reported to Grace before this amnesty which never apologised was made and also Me and Kira do have some doubts about this random Nick's Girlfriend.

Dude when did i as my bout losing your main acc? And there is no way in fking Christ u say no island farming. Even if u wanna be the bad guy pls come up wih something more constructive that is actualy believe able. If I wanted to island farm using your acc which i did, why in Christ name will i even bother telling u? Pls use what Jesus gave a , aka known as a brain, to think. Thanks

Nick, Keeper and I have made up our minds. In the time of 48 hours you are to put all the dirt you island farmed along with the sand in a chest located on your island. If you do this, you will receive a 10 day tempban. If you fail to do this, you will be permanently banned and be forced to appeal if you wish to be unbanned. As for the alternate account (Nonamex3) @alohac99 you will also have 48 hours, to change your alts account password or it will be banned to prevent more island farming. 48 hours is Friday,13, 12 am EST

You are doing the right thing by trying to return all things stolen, but, by meaning of amnesty, you cannot threaten to ban or tempban someone. Amnesty - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Defined means that a pardon is granted to the person or persons for the wrong that they have done, without punishment. By your wording, you accept amnesty if they repay the blocks back, which means no punishment can be given as the crime is forgiven, meaning no 10 day tempban. If you don't accept amnesty, they have no obligation to give back the blocks as no action was taken while punishment should of been given during the timeframe. Don't take this as defending them, I do agree with your judgement, but as definition stands, you cannot do anything to them

Not to mention the thread was created by someone other then the person who had committed the crimes, and so amnesty was asked for doing nothing. While it was later admitted by nick that he had island farmed, he wasn't asking for amnesty, he had been smoked out by that point.
The whole thread was created after the incident had been reported to Grace anyway, making it all null and void from the start, since you cannot have amnesty after you have been caught, it just so happened to be where we handled the issue.

Not to mention, things work differently here then in real life. We can redefine amnesty however we choose within the parameters of the community and amnesty is not guaranteed when making a thread, although we may still take in into account and give a lesser punishment because of it.

 

Has the password of the alt been changed? And do you now understand the dangers of giving access to your account to someone else?
