You see, you've just contradicted yourself. If people wanted a higher RANK for .org that means they want more perks for more money, if they just wanted to donate for the "love of the server" they can donate a free amount without buying items, you're probably going to say "Well
that's just because it's a bonus perk for their money", if it were a bonus perk for their money that means they would be donating for perks/advantages, to which this new rank has none.

People donate everyday, like with net we have donor 400 it is high in price and there isn't much of a difference between donor 400 and 250.

I don't support this. There is no need for another rank. If you want to donate to the server because you love it, you may purchase items instead of ranks, or donate on an alt account.

 

If ranks are solely for donation purposes, they could just buy themselves a overlord rank twenty times, "for the sake of donating" No one would do that. That's why we have ranks. If the new rank didn't have new perks, no one would buy it. $1000 per three days, would ruin the economy. If we had 10 Skylords, thats $10000 in 3 days. In a month, that's an extra 100k.

Then this should be a unique rank only available by speaking to CypriotMerks or Noobcrew to purchase the rank, just like it is for donor400.

info not 100% correct did bit of guess as info in the shop is wrong.

and with 1k everyday doesnt ruin the eco as the auto farms already do that making extra 1k make no difference as I can make 20k+ a day on my small farm with doing no work.... there are much bigger ones too

I agree with this as well, if we can't get it to be a buycraft rank then this would be an amazing thing to do.

 

God, I never thought I would get so many strong negative opinions on this. Considering half the people in-game where begging me to make the thread and voice my ideas.. I understand you guys have opinions but why do you take it so far to the point that they are disrespectful.

 

Okay here's the exact full reason why I don't support, no more elaborations, whatsoever.

1. There's barely any difference between Highroller and Overlord. The differences are as follows:

• Half a stack extra redstone
• Invsee
• Color chat

2. There's barely any difference between Overlord and "Skylord"

• Slightly bigger kit
• /repair
• /spawnmob

3. The fact that its a donation, not a purchase just contradicts the entire point.

• People want the rank because: there's barely a difference between Highroller and Overlord. They want a bigger difference, hence wanting a new rank. They want a bigger difference between ranks.
• If they solely wanted to donate, they could just pay Cypriot, or Crew through paypal with no return, whatsoever.
• 99.9% of people purchase a rank for the sake of purchasing a rank. Not donating.

4. As I said previously, $1000 may not seem a lot, but that's once every three days, for multiple people. At a minimum of 10 "Skylords" thats 100k a month. That's 12 million a year. That's over twice as much total money on the server. It will ruin the economy. And that's just the money involved in the kit. Including the actual kit, the value of /kit Skylord would be over 12k per kit.

 

I'm pretty sure there aren't that many Donor400s, and I'm also pretty sure that donor400s get every single kit, whereas Skygods only get their own kit. I wouldn't know, I'm neither ranks, and don't play that often.

 

*Sigh* There has been multiple suggestions on upgrading kits and none have been added. I do agree with you on most points you have made.
