More serious one, but only doing org mods and few net mods (I rarely go on net)

SuperCoolio1000 - Work on your maturity. But so far you're doing good.

larrythebird101 - I can't think of a bad one at the moment, you're just an amazing moderator thats all I have to say. But I guess if I could say one thing is to try and be more active on org, even though you moderate like 16 servers (including the minigames).

AmazingGraceGirl - You're style of moderating is amazing. You're so mature and helpful to people in chat. I think you could be able to work on... I can't think of one...

SirStealYourGirl - Good moderator but needs to work on the activity.

UpsettedFizz - Same with Steal, but you've both been getting on more often so yay.

KatoKillsMyGPA - You're inactive for good reasons.

pc1008831 - Work on your activity on the server, but still a good mod.

keeper_of_flame - Friendly and on at the times most americans aren't, which is a good thing. Good moderator but try and come on when most people are on, maybe?

krissy_punk & blaq - I know you have net to moderate but wouldn't hurt if ya stopped in on org sometime or anytime? But for net, you guys are real good moderators, don't go on net much so I can't give any "bad sides" for this one."

Shiningnova06 - So far a good moderator, only seen you moderate a few times because timezones :c

That's all I'll be doing for now, maybe some net mods/tmods/smods some other time, or I'll edit them in.

I'm not sure I've ever actually explained this in the open on the forums (I've mentioned it a few times in game), so I will now. Unfortunately I'm currently working evenings. Which means I start work at 6pm and get home at 3am, which means that I usually wake up between 2pm and 4pm and fall asleep between 6am and 8am... eastern standard time. So during the normal day time hours of my time zone I'm usually sleeping or working. XD It's driving me and my family crazy to be honest, but such is life right now.

I could get on earlier on my days off though since I don't have to get ready for, or go to work (just get my shopping and what not done), so I will try to be around more on those days.

 

Your irrelevant comment makes no sense. Go back to mini-modding the server and leave my thread alone.

Cyp, you have a lot on your plate. You're admin on several servers. You deal with a multitude of things on a daily basis. I appreciate your help, especially with everything going on. Although I don't always agree with you, I have a great respect for your work.

My suggestion for improvement is in regards to your response time. Some players tag you in appeals, donation issues, etc. (Tags off?) From what I understand, some players wait weeks or months before receiving a response. Others receive your response quickly.

I like to think of us friends, I don't know what you consider us to be. I used to think you didn't do s*** on the servers until I really got to know you. You do a lot of stuff on the servers, you've helped me out as well personally. I appreciate your work, and your dedication to help run all servers. Now, I don't see Noobcrew doing too much, but you seem to be doing an exceptionally good job.

 

You dont SEE Noobcrew doing too much. He does a lot behind the scenes tho. At least from what I've seen. I think Cyp does more tho.

Dewmellon has been a great mod, until she posts on tele 'Coun to 50 before a staff member posts' thread that cyp created...
