Why do YOU think you were banned? No idea. I haven't played sky block in about a week and I go to log in and I'm banned. Was this an incorrect ban? Yes. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? Yes, I once griefed slightly before I knew the rules but not since. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I honestly don't know why I was banned so I should be unbanned since I didn't do anything.
What is a chargeback if I may ask I don't believe I added anything on my computer and I haven't played in the game for a while.
Also, I honestly don't know how to fix this because I don't know what I did but I guess sky block didn't like something I did haha. I hope this can be resolved

Chargeback means that you have demanded a refund on your donor rank. You have the option to either close this chargeback or pay for the rank again. If you donated with your parents money maybe they opened the chargeback. Get them to close it.
I just want to preface this by repeating myself in saying that I swear I did not purchase anything besides a $25 donor rank (not upgrade) which I payed for (if not this may be easier to resolve than I think) or ask anyone for an upgrade or any items from the online shop. My suspicion is that for instance, possibly someone just typed in my ign: Medev1l on accident or on purpose and purchased a rank and then demanded a refund in order to get me banned? Also what was purchased? I promise you that I wouldn't ask for an upgrade from $25 to $50 donor rank or other items yet from anyone because all I have to trade is a stack and a couple diamonds which is only worth about $7 or so. Also I can assure you I did not purchase the next upgrade or further upgrades myself because in my eyes the only major upgrade from $25-$50 would be fly, and flying is not necessary to spend $25 at the moment and doesn't make the game feel legitament and enjoyable. I'm sorry for my rambling I just really loved this server and it's sad that this can happen where anyone no matter who they are if they know your ign which isn't too hard to figure out, can just enter it into the site and buy something then revoke their purchase. If this is so, I see no reason as to why people would continue playing on this server and donate to it if someone could take everything you've worked for over many months of playing and get you banned for life by such a scam. I don't want to call anybody out here, but this also feels like an issue that could be...I don't know the word so i'll just use illegal (I'll look into it)...and a way for someone to swindle money out of another player whoever it is (owner, mods, donors, normal players, etc.) in order for them to continue to play the game after they have already donated a considerable sum of money. I really have fun on your server, and I do wish to continue to play once this issue can be resolved. Also that is why I decided to donate in the first place ($25), and it not only helps me by giving me more kits and abilities, but it also benefits the ones receiving portions of the funds, and I really people aren't taking advantage of others for the fun of it.
