When I was new I doesnt read rules I think it was like and old skyblock server that you can grief you I grief a island I got banned then moderator tell to read the rules and I undestand it like a #1 Rules In My Head when playinh at Skyblock and that was my only problem :3 Why do you think you should be a mod? Well I have been Owner of a server that I need to close because of economic problems then I got Moderator rank at a Factions server called gontroller but they move me cause when they update they want people that knows how to make plugins I like you must imagine I doesnt now how to make plugins thats why I came up with the idea if I lile alot better skyblock and have a better community and owner why not to make a application here so thats why I do it

You need to add in the detail of "why you want to be a mod?". I want to see bold titles. Color. More detail and i want to see you in game more, helpin' others etc...
