You should ask some smods or Cyp about that. I was always told by the higher ups that cursing if you put the star things was allowed as long as it wasn't directed at anyone.

How can I be bias to a complete stranger? I disagree with this thread, so I guess there for I am Bias.

 

*shrug* Well, I don't know.
I mean, most of the mods that are younger than what people expect are the ones that are pretty chill about everything. They seem to act the most calmness and, being blunt right now, cause the least amount of "trouble" in the staff team. Furthermore, they tend to act the most mature throughout difficult situations.
Again, this is just an opinion. In high hopes the *hate* level won't go over a certain extent.

My reasons are simple, I find the younger mods better. This is because they understand how to treat people decently, and don't attempt to call a player a 'kid' when in an arguement with them.

In general, younger mods are more familiar with how they should act, and adhere the rules mods should be following, therefore less abusive.

The moderators are chosen by Cypriot, and only the ones he can trust and he thinks fit for the job, correct? So why should it be 17+? Hmmm?

Maturity isn't a matter of age. It's a matter of making decisions correctly, acting appropriately, and knowing what to do. If Cyp feels that a player is ready to moderate, they can do so. Anyways... No support. We have some moderators that are young, such as Larry and she is doing an amazing job. Noveh, Jelly, Demon, Jennie. This has already been introduced before and it isn't going to happen.

 

I see what you're trying to do Yoshi, but rather, I think it's better to have some younger moderators. Sure, the older moderators are more likely to be better, which is only natural, considering the difference in experience & maturity. However, the 'underage' moderators have more fluency with time & still possess the requirements to be a moderator.

Other than that, agreed with most of the things people mentioned above. Just an opinion on this matter.
