LilaSky deserves this upgrade because she wants to upgrade her self but she does not have a credit card. She also deserves it because she is always on the server always building things. Another reason why I think she deserves it because she is always seeing people with pets and kittycannon and she always wants do get a pet and go to warp donor and use kittycannon. Also she wants to be more cool and noticed and respected more. She also really wants fly mode so she can make her buildings easyer and faster and she also wants fly mode because she always walks of the edge of my island and sometimes fall off and then she loses her stuff.
