Agreed. Just flat out messaging the player is probably the best way to handle stuff like that. Or referring them to a mod that's online for things you can't help out with.

People would probably get banned. They would do opposite of what a mini mod then. If they did that they would be rude, mean, and unhelpful. Probably get banned maybe or warned
Mini-modding is kind of contradicting on some levels. It does bother me when an average player constantly tries to be a mod, but it's necessary on some terms, as you said. But some players get upset when someone answers a simple question in chat, which is what we're told to do if someone is applying to become a mod. "I barely ever see you helping out in chat." I see that a lot on applications. It's difficult to find the median without upsetting someone. ._.
Your on all the time and people ask questions and you don't answer, even when you aren't afk. I've answered these people many times.
