It's https but when I type in http it loads and goes to https and comes up with that screen

 

ok so with the problem page open click the 3 line button on the right and highlight the help and click report issue. Just detail explain the problem and show the snap shot that it takes so google can help you. Their support is 24/7 and they should have a solution to the problem. Sorry I couldn't find a better solution.
