Banned for talking isn't your message. Please post the full ban message. Also, your story has gaping holes in it. Leaving out the parts where you were breaking the rules.
You decided it was okay to flame in chat. I told you that you needed to take your issues elsewhere, or I was going to remove you. So you continued on to yell again, exactly as I told you not to. So I gave you another chance, and told you once again, to either stop being inflammatory or to leave. So you decided to once again, continue. I banned you so that you could sort this out here. You didn't understand what you did wrong, so I need you to figure it out on the forums rather than in the game ... where you would have continued to disregard what I said.
I've never seen a someone unbanned twice, but you seem to have a special case. -- However, the first time you appealed you didn't give all the information, same time here. -- Lying in a ban appeal doesn't help your odds. -- Personally, I'd cut him a little slack between fang and him. Fang recently demoted him on <ADVERTISING> and bean is of course going to be angry. (Just stating information I know. )
They're allowed to shout, we only generally interfere when they are spamming someone or being incredibly immature while the other person is trying to get them to stop. This post says only things messages between two people. I warned him yesterday only because he was spamming offensive words at another person, and then at me when I asked him to stop. - Like I said earlier, he's probably leaving something out. As I appreciate the flattery, sarc has a point. You have the right to freedom of speech, but if you abuse it you will lose it. This is just turning into vamp all over again. Why not mute rather than ban if the only issue here is words?

Actually no. I wouldn't because I'm not immature. I probably did something wrong to deserve the demote so I would have to face the consequences. The same way you are facing the consequences right now for not listening - not from the first time. But from the third time. He warned you three times but you didnt take his warning seriously. This is what happens.
