    There isn't a rule that says I have to and I felt that he deserved a second chance because from what I read in his ban appeal it wasn't a very fair ban and because he made an alt and while his main account was banned he was playing and a brand new island and had lost his stuff.

    This has turned into something that isn't even about the appeal.
    Roblox banned me for "threatening him"
    This isn't true so I would like to know why I'm not being unbanned and what any of this has to do with an appeal

    Alright let me explain what I see is going on.
    The first screenshot looks like a threat. It's a very open ended message that you should explain.
    Secondly, Brooks_12 was seen by warguy on roblox's island. Now that we know it is an alt of sharkiller and we know that shark had issues with roblox in the past, including constantly telling me and others that roblox stole items (which is probably where you got this information from in the first place), we believe it was this player who griefed roblox. However there is no way brooks could have gotten to roblox's island without help. Now shark has been hiding in the community and causing trouble in the background.
    This appeal is starting to look like sharks appeal.

    Now that you have your wish and roblox isn't handling this appeal, explain to me what you meant by that threat because this is what the appeal is about, not about roblox's island. Please lets keep the appeal about that rather than other arguments.

    Ok what I meant was when he said "The account is staying banned." My thought was there is no proof of who griefed the island and the is no proof as to if brooks is an alt or not. So what I meant by "You have no idea what is going to happen" is he can't see the future so he doesn't have an idea what will happen during brook's appeal.
