So someone got banned without proof and roblox said "that account is staying banned" I replyed with "you have no idea what is going to happen" because it wasn't his ban. He has no clue what is going to happen in the appeal. So appearntly that is threatening?

I personally take the first screenshot as a threat towards me, and all the others show how you were unwilling to tell me if that was a threat. If it wasn't a threat you could have said so, but you insisted on provoking me after I asked several times to tell me if you were threatening me. As for your request for another mod to deal with this, its the same for everyone else who makes the request, in which the answer is no. The banning mod will deal with the appeal, even if requested that another staff member take over. However, I am willing to take any input from any staff.

 

A) I wasn't answering you because you have never been anything but almost dismissive to me in the past.
B) Why should I help you when you have all but ignored me until now

If you didn't believe Roblox I'll say it again, the banning Mod handles the appeal UNLESS:
1) They willingly hand the appeal over to another mod to handle
2) You have PROOF that the mod is biased or breaking rules. Eg. "I think the Mod is biased" is not a good enough reason.

 

So do not accuse me of lying when I am not. I have talked to several people that have had this happen to them
