December 26 I bought the $100 donor for skyblock.net and did not get it. I did not receive an email but I did get the payment completion and my bank account showed that I paid. I waited for 5 to 6 hours and then reported on the forums. I was told that it may take 24 hours to a week so I waited patiently for a few days. Each day I checked the forums, the server and my bank account, but nothing happened. Today I looked again and it said that my transaction was canceled and my money was returned. I tried to go and buy the rank again but it showed this..... Dear User,

I feel really uneasy about this because it wants my personal information for a simple purchase. It wont let me buy the rank without doing this, yet I can't because I never got an email nor the payment receipt. I would like some assistance and help from anyone that knows what to do.

Did buycraf block your purchase or did your bank block it?

 

So you bought the rank, and the money was removed from your bank ?

Buycraft blocked it.

It may be hard to find those things since I never got an email and it removed the whole transaction from my bank account. I have the payment completion page and I copied and pasted the transaction details it said on my bank account. Is that enough?

 

I don;t know but cyp can always try and search your name up on buycraft and see if anything comes up.
