    Has to be Attack on Titan, or maybe Free! Iwatobi Swim Club.
    I feel they're both vv mainstream but I'm kind of new to the world of Anime

    wasnt brotherhood based on the manga, cuz there are 2 FMA anime and i like brotherhood cuz it takes all the story line from the original material. i do hope i didnt dream it up haha.

    Well, both versions change the story a little...but from what I heard, the old one 'FullMetal Alchemist' was pretty popular, but had low-tech animations, etc. So...the anime company created the 'better quality' version, FMA Brotherhood. :/ Correct me if I'm wrong.

    you're right there. the first one was completely different with sloth looking like the brothers mother and pride being created having edwards arm and leg etc.
    Brotherhood did change the ending too as well as the opening, but don't wanna mention it in case of spoilers for those who haven't/want to watch it.
    if i didnt read the manga i probably wouldn't have seen both of them :)

    My favorite manga is Ouran High School Host Club, but my favorite anime would probably be Hetalia :3
