My username is jasper818. just today 12/26/14 I have donated to the server. I paid $70 to buy a $100 rank. I was so excited when it said my payment completed. I went on to the server I bought the rank on (skyblock.net) and waited as it said to for 5 minutes. After nothing happened I waited a bit longer and asked a donor why I got nothing. He said that it will take up to 24 hours and then asked me if I got an email saying the payment was complete. I went to go see and saw that I didn't get an email but it said the payment was complete. I waited a bit longer and then asked a mod. I asked the mod and he said to file a report on the forums so I tried but it didn't work and he didn't know why. So then I asked another mod and he was able to tell me what was wrong and gave me instructions. I got here and it has been at least 4 to 6 hours since I bought the rank! The mod said not to worry because I would get the rank after sending a report and I said okay. So I am hoping that I will get my rank. I have the link underneath showing the payment completion.

What method did you use to pay?

 

I used my visa card.

 

Do you have a picture of the email you got?

 

I wasn't sent an email. I don't know why? I had to look in my bank account to see if money was taken for the donation, and it was.

 

If it was taken get your bank statement and grab the transaction ID.
