I accepted an invite from War_Boy9 to come to take over his island as he was leaving.
(I know island sales are illegal but thought item give aways were ok)
When I arrived the island was largely destroyed but still plenty of semi valuable blocks (glowstone, glass). I asked was this his island and he said yes he lived there with 10 others. but there was a number of things with his name on them.
I asked why he was leaving he said about he and his friends were bored with it. that they had had a big dp. I mentioned I must have missed that. I asked if i could have some of the stuff he said sur.

I was there with deadxpulse too. after a couple of minutes of us both picking things up deadxpulse sent me a msg and let me know it was a trap and to get out now. I was under the impression it was ok to grab stuff with permission (must have miss read the rules, will be re reading)

I went home created a separate chest and placed the items i recall picking up. this is available for confiscation.

6. Why do YOU think you deserve Amnesty ?
I normally try to help people out. especially new people and warn them to lock chests etc. I was just uneducated about the rules exactly.

umm i dont know if it was a party it was the three of us (that i saw)

 

So what did you do at the island?

 

I took some items out of the chests, took about 30 pc glass and an anvil (all from his room), + 4 redstone lamps. all in a sepeperate chest on my island (ready for confiscation)

 

The person allowed people to grief and take from his island. I looked into it. I'll accept your amnesty as the coops gave permission. Amnesty accepted.
