yeah forgot about that i guess thats what i did sense i left for christmas party Dec. 24 at 8 and left at Dec. 25 4:55 so im still tired
You mentioned you drank some tea. Decaffeinated tea is not caffeine free. It's just a lower amount of caffeine that you're ingesting. I would suggest cutting all tea out.
