As far as Paypal is concerned, I'm unsure of if you can actually pay via the phone. Your best, and easiest bet, is to obtain some family members(if you don't have your own), credit card, debit card, or etc., and pay them the money in return for transfering that online. In my short viewing of the donation options, I do not see any (quick way, if any) to pay with mobile. Usually there are seperate options. Of course, I do not know for certain, but I do know that credit card is the better, faster, way.
