I know I've only been on the server for a few months but in the short time have made many new friends. I have been under the impression this server leans towards kids and rated G conversations. This brings me to Shadowdragon. I have sat back and watched the short amount of time I have been here and seen him banned at least twice so far, and as he brags in chat many more bans prior. He openly admits he lies to you mods. Making a mockery of your banning abilities and structure. He is one of those people who thrive on drama. Last night I was online upgrading more greenbeans and who do I see unbanned, Shadowdragon. I've had virtually no interaction with him, except him posting on one of my threads and hearing from random people him calling me a 40 year old fag. Again brings us back to he seeks drama and attention. I am trying to keep this very fact based with little emotion. Spamming ebola, belittling other players, calling young girls dogs. Openly spamming in chat how he can not be banned and all he has to do is lie his way out of it. The thing he doesn't realize is he's a video game role model and promotes negativity. His last ban I saw people that even supported him asking him to stop. This is what you want on your server as you keep letting him back? I log on and give away free greenbean upgrades, host contests on the forums, all to help the server. He logs on and is just negative and sadly the young players follow in his footsteps. Kids are very impressionable, no it's not a video games responsibility to be parents, but it has felt like this server actually did care about being good positive role models. I'm not sure who I have a bigger issue with, Shadowdragon or the higher powers here. bkleinman1 you said all the right things in his appeal that you should have. My issue is that he is allowed back at all. So honestly I have a completely different outlook or appreciation (not sure the perfect word i'm looking for there) of the ban process and hierarchy of upper management. CypriotMerks we have talked many times in TeamSpeak and you know I do all this for my son. He and all the other kids that play on this server do not need people like Shadowdragon. Now I have no powers to ban, but the one thing I can do is not financially support the server while he is allowed to play. I will no longer upgrade anyone, no longer give away free upgrades to greenbeans. I will however help as my son and I always do, because it's not there fault. This is not meant as a threat or an attack even on Shadowdragon. It is just my way of standing up for what I feel. I have rambled on long enough. Anyone that has taken the time to read this wasting 5 min of your life thanks. I just had to let it be known. Have a great day and see you all in game
No but in all seriousness maybe he should be given a last warning. As much as I like him and we're friends, he does have to stop at one point. Also if he called you a "40 year old fag", he honestly deserves a ban. Anyways I hope they give him 1 last chance.
He was unbanned and was given a FINAL warning. Just can't help to think HOW many final warnings he's been given
Final warnings really aren't a thing on this server. Look at Des. He's had like 7 final warnings. Mods just need to mute him at the first thing that he does that's bad. It just comes down to mods using mute. Also shadowdragon8798.
If it was up to me he would be allowed back on the server, but he would've been permanently muted, and never be able to talk in global or message anyone again
But wouldn't that just cripple any fun? I know if I lost those permissions I wouldn't want to play here
I agree with you perm mute would take out some fun. Some people just come on to talk, thats all I do. I see where you're coming from. There is no final warnings like Joe said because someone could appeal like 30 times and finally get accepted. They need to mute him if he does these actions. A ban honestly doesn't hurt Shadow in any way.
A temp mute for 10 days would make him learn his lesson. If he continues to do it again, perm mute him.
Abrupt I agree and understand. Again this isn't even an attack on Shadow. People have the RIGHT to be whom ever they choose. I'm more so questioning the server and it's policies. If the server doesn't mind this then i'd have NO issues.. Cause all the drama and fun you want. I'm just trying to find out how the server truly is run.. If that makes any sense
Personally, I agree with joecobo. After what Shadow has said to me and other players before, I would have muted him PERMANENTLY.

Whats the point in this? If he wants to do it let him do it. If he gets punished for it thats his damn fault. Whats the points in getting involved? Just causes more drama.
