I'm pretty sure he meant constantly changing letters, there's a & code for it, can't remember it right now, though.

You do
&l, &o, &m, &n, And then the color ones
If you're alternating then do &<code> &<code>

 

&k is magic letters
&l is bold
&n is underline
&m is strike-through
&o is slated
