I am surprised how many people I come across that do not know how to do this. So let me try and help.

Single LEFT click an item in a chest, so it moves around with your cursor. Then hover over an item you want to clear from that chest or from your inventory. Then HOLD down left shift and rapidly double click the item(s) you want moved. The entire inventory of that particular item will be moved as seen below.



I will edit this a bit more later. I only had a few minutes this morning to toss this together.

 

I use this a lot, I just wish you could take everything from a chest using a button combination (regardless of if they are all different items).
