Okay, so I fell off an island and my stuff was lost. I lost a god diamond sword, a god diamond shovel, and god diamond axe. Now i know i shouldn't carry my {somewhat} valuable things around with me everywhere i go. However, is there anyway i could get my stuff back, this really sucks

 

The only way, is if any players are willing to refund you. Unless you have solid evidence of owning the said items, no one can help you.

Fluffy, I understand and know how you feel.
This of course can't always be refunded.
I suggest you put some water on the bedrock (Your spawn) and maybe around it. Then when you are falling into the the void do /Home.
You are very lucky someone is offering to give you back your items. I lost a god dia axe and I still don't have one.
